NOT A DEAD-BEAT
"I wouldn't have you even as a dead-beat," interjected the _, Minister of Agriculture (the Hon. W. Nosworthy)in the Houee of Eepresentatives yesterday afternoon . during a speech of Mr. W. A. Yeitch (Wanganui). "The Minister will never get me as a dead-beat," retorted Mr. Veitch. "He will find me anything but that. He will find me a very live wire next session, when he is the Leader of the Opposition." (Laughter.)
