THE WAR LORD
SALVAGE OPERATIONS. • (IT miaa»pi.—p»bss association.) GISBORNE. This Day. A salvage party arrived to-day from Auckland, and is proceeding to Waikokopu to endeavour to refloat the struuded schooner War Lord. Mr. W. J. Lowe is in charge of the operations. He considers it one of the finest selvage propositions ever offered him. The vessel, having suffered very little damage, should be easily floated.
