FUNERAL OF LATE MR. A. JOLLY

The funeral of the late Mr. Alfred Jolly, general manager of the National Bank of New Zealand, whose death occurred on Tuesday, took place this morning from his late residence, Glasgow street, Kelburn, to the Karori Cemetery, and was attended by a very large number of personal friends, by representatives of the several branches of the National and other banks, and of commercial houses in Wellington and other centres. So great a number of. flora< tributes was sent tl^at all could not be placed about the hearse, and a special vehicle was required to take them to the graveside.
