POSITION NORMAL IN LONDON
LONDON, 25th August.
The Seamen's Union states that the position in London is normal, the agitators Having transferred their activities to Southampton, Glasgow, and Liverfiool, where numerous snips have been decayed, but none are held up. Three White Star Atlantic liners are affected at Liverpool, the firemen holding off, but as the stewards and seamen are signing on, it is expected that the firemen will soon follow.
