Mr. O. H. Chapman, at a meeting of the Harbour Board last evening, asked that an inspection of tho lighting system of the wharves be made by tho engineer for tho purpose ol improving tho system and removing any cause of danger which was alleged to bo present. Workmen had complained to him that' they were frequently 'uiuiblo to soo from th' 3 wiudies men working near tUo hatches.
