E. Williams and G. M. Lott (U.S.A.) beat Harvey Snodgrass and Walter Westbrook (U.S.A.), 6-3, 6-4, 6-4. Max Decugis and Jacques Brugnon (B'rance) beat J. J. Lezard. and J. H. Van Alen (Cambridge University, England), 6-3, 7-5, 6-3.
S. H. Voshell and A. Chapin (U.S.A.)' beat Willard Crocker and J. Morrice (Canada), 6-4, 6-4, 5-7, 6-2. W. T. Tilden and A. L. Wiener (U.S.A.) beat W. W. Ingraham: and Arnold W. Jones (U.S.A.), 6-4, 4-6; 6-1, 6-1.
W. M. Johnston and C. J. ("Peck") Griffin (U.S.A.) beat Hendron and Bailey (U.S.A.), 6-3, 6-2. 6-4. Vincent Richards-and B. N. Williams (U.S.A.) beat Wallace Scott and de Turenne (U.S.A.), 6-4, 6-2, 6-2. M. Alonzo and Eduardo Flaquei* (Spain) beat J. Van liyn and Kenneth Appel (U.S.A.), 6-3, 6-4, 7-5. Rene Lacoste and Jean Barotra (France) beat Takoichi Harada (Japan) and J. Bidwell (U.S.A.), 6-4. 6-3, 6-2. G. L. tnUerson and J. B. Hawkes (Australia) beat J.
