WELLINGTON v. HAWKES BAY.
A correspondent ("A.B.'-J writes suggesting that as the Wellington Rugby Union proposes to make a chiirse of 3s for seats in the stand for the Wclling-ton-Hawkes Bay match, sucli seats should be reserved and numbered. "Only in this way," states tho correspondent, "are most of us likely to get value for the otherwise high charge." The Rugby Union proposes to have all seats numbered, and they may be reserved at the price stated, which is a. very slight advance on the usual charge.' For representativo matches the usual charge for reserved scats is 2s 9d. made up. as follows: Admission to ground Is. admission to stand Is. booking fee 6d, and amusement tax 3d. The extra 3d on this occasion is going towards covering extra expenses, in the printing of additional tickets and in employing more ushers."
