The detachment of the American Fleet which i» to visit Wellington for a stay in port of thirteen days will arrive in the harbour rather earlier than was expected. A wireless message from the Commander-iii-Chief, Admiral Cqontz, on the Seattle,' place's ihe iim'e'at 11.30 a.m. Officially, the programme time for berthing is 1 p.m., but from information available at the time of writing this procedure may take place shortly after noon.
