WELLINGTON v. AMERICA.
The Wellington Rifle Association is making arrangements. for a match with the American Fleet visitors on Saturday, 22nd August, at Trentham, the ranges suggested being 300> 500, and 600 yards, "bulls-eye" shooting. The visitors will be the guests of ..the association, and all arrangements are • well in hand for the match. The following have been elected selectors for the Wellington team: —Messrs. H. R. Hunt, W. M'Bain, arid R. Caughley. The team will be picked from the following clubs: Petone, Karori, Suburbs, Old Navals. Upper Hutt, and University.
