"Evolution or Devilution—Which?" is the subject of an address to be given by H. C. Goffin to-morrow night in tiie Citadel, Vivian street, at 1 o'clock. The men's chorus of one hundred voices will sing "Throw out the Life Line," with the remarkable echo effect. Mrs.. Ooffin will address) two gatherings, at 11 o'clock and at 3 o'clock. At the latter hour (the family gathering), she will Kivfl a thrilling recital, "Tragedy and Comedy in the Slums of London." The full silver band will" give one of its at--U-aetivo pi'ocn"ammes to-night, at 8 o'clock. "Gloria" and "Creation," among other selections, will be played, and also repeated at Dlxon street at 6 o'clock, to-morrow night.
