CONSECRATION OF ASSISTANT BISHOP
CEREMONY AT ST. PAUL'S PRO
CATHEDRAL.
To-morrow, at St. Paul's Pro-Cathed-ral, at 10.30 a.m., the Rev.- F. M. Molyneux, M.A., M.8.E., will be consecrated Assistant Bishop of Melanesia by the Archbishop of New Zealand, assisted by the Bishops of Wellington, Waiapu, Dunedin, and Melanesia. Tiie Rev. F. M." Molyneux, M.A-, M.8.E., was vicar of High Wycombe Parish, England, and surrendered that position to go into the mission field. During the Great War, Mr. Molyneux served as a. chaplain of the forces in Mesopotamia, where he won several distinctions. Previous to that, he was chaplain of Cuddersdon College, Oxford. He will be the first Assistant Bishop of Melanesia, • the reason for the new appointment being that the work in Melanesia is growing so rapidly.
