CLAIM FOR COMMISSION
In a claim for commission heard in the Supreme Court, his Honour Mr. Justice MacGregor found in favour of the plaintiff, Thomas Forsyth, and gave judgment against the defendant, Alfred Moptstgue Adams, for the full amount claimed, £305, with costs, disbursements, and witnesses' expenses, less £117 paid into . Court. His Honour ordered that the £117 paid into Court should be paid out to the plaintiff. At the hearing Mr. R. Kennedy and Mr. H. Heine appeared for the plaintiff, and Mr. H. F. Johnston for the defendant.
