NOTABLE STEAMER REPLACED.
A notable Clyde steamer is about to pass out of existence by. the breaking up, of the Glen Sannox, says the "Shipping World." This year a new Glen Sannox was built. The new vessel, which is a turbine steamer, came from the yard of Messrs. Denny, of Dumbarton, while tho old Glen Sannox was built 33 years ago by Messrs. Thomson, of Clydebank, the predecessors of Messrs. John Brown and Co., Ltd. The old Glen Sannox is being broken up at Port Glasgow.
