WELCOME TO NEW BISHOP
Anglican church people ara determined to give the Assistant Bishop of Melanesia tfho is to be consecrated at St. Paul's Pro-Cathedral on Sunday morning, a hearty welcome to the Dominion. A welcome meeting is advertised for Monday evening in Sydney Street Schoolroom. The meeting begins at 8 o'clock, but friends of the mission are urged to come early to ensure getting seats. The speakers, besides the new Bishop, will be the Archbishop of New Zealand and the Bishop of Melanesia. There will be a collection for the mission. *
The new Bishop will preach his first sermon as a bishop in St. Thomas' Church, Newtown, at the evening sortie*. '
