STRAND THEATRE.
Those in search of thrills and comedy will find them in plenty in the programme now showing at the Strand Theatre. The star feature is "Head Winds," a Universal Jewel, starring House Peters and Patsy Ruth Miller. It is. a thrilling story of tha sea, its people, and its romances. - The keynote is novelty, for it deals with an unusual situation in an unusual way,: Houss Peters, in order to win the love ' and respect of the girl he loves, finds it necessary to kidnap her and spirit her away to sea. In this picture the entire United States Pacific Fleet was used in cjrtain; portions of. the picture, and the ibips due in Wellington are ■ .pictured. The third episode of the'thrilling serial, "In the Days of-Daniel Boone," will also be shown, together with a comedy, "Horrible Hollywood," and the latest Topical Budget.
