The ships will be manned 11 Zy' SYDNEY, 6th August. The coastal shipowners have announced that they will sign the shipping agreement and dismiss all non-union lab* our. A mass meeting of the Seamen's Union decided to resume work on Friday, When all ships, with the exception of the Newcastle and Hunter River Company's vessels, which "are still "black," will be manned.-.
