LONDON, 20th June.
The Eiga "correspondent of "The Times" says that the Soviet Government intends to equip a Polar air expedition into the unknown Arctic, particularjrthe regions directly north of Soviet territory. Dr. Nansen, whom the Soviet has consulted, has now submitted a plan drafted in collaboration with Captain Bruhns, a German aeronaut, who is shortly expected to join Dr. Nansen at Moscow for the purpose of giving detailed explanations.: ■ The Soviet has also appointed a Commission to examine proposals for establishing regular airship communication between Europe and. Asia via Russia's most northern territories.
