PEKIN, 19th June.
A message- from Shanghai states thai amass .meeting of students and working citizens at Kwungtung University decided to call a general strike, and also declared a general boycott of British, Japanese, and American goods. Tho date of .the strike is unknown, but it probably will be tho 20th or the 22nd.
It is feared that anti-foreign outbreaks will follow .
