Messrs. Dalgety and CD., Ltd., report liaving received the following cablegram from their London house, under date of the 2Gth instaut:—"Butter- Since our last report prices lire 4s per cwt loner (present quotation? New Zealand, salted, ]G2s). Cliecse: Since our last: report, prices are Is to 2s per cwt lower (present quotation, New Zealand, 91s to 925) " Messrs. Joseph Xathau and Co., Ltd., have received the followine cable from their London house, dated 20th May — "New Zealaud butter, 1114s; New Zealand cheese, 90s to 91s Both markets slow." . '
