AUCKLAND, This Day. A conference of the Provincial Farmers' Union adopted";! resolution in favour of the ward system of tho election of members of the Meat, and Dairy Control Boards, advocating the extension of the franchise to include all stockowners, and expressed confidence in tho decision of the board as to the absolute control of all exported dairy produce.
