JURY DISAGREES IN CASE.

Tho special jury which heard the action between John Burns and Co., Ltd., and tho New Zealand Shipping Company, Ltd., claiming £182 for damage alleged to have been caused to a shipment of wiro from Canada; disagreed yesterday after a retireme'ut lasting over four hours.
