A HALT CALLED
IN BUILDING REST ROOM.
A halt was called this morning in the bmlclmg of the women's rest room in Manners street, pending consideration of :i recommendation which is to be made oy flic Mayor (Mr. 0. B. Not-wood) that the city should resume the vacant section at the rear of the Royal Oak Hotel. -As has been previously stated, the whole of the triangle oflflnd bounded by Manners, Cuba, and JJi.von streets is «ity land, but the. land upon which the hotel stands and the vnriint action adjoining' is held by the proprHors of the .M?l «K»._ng leatfl.
