(UKITED PRESS ASSOpiATION-rCOPIKIGHT.) (REUTBS'S TELEORAM.) (Received '26th May, 9 a.m.) CAPETOWN 25th May. The Prince. of Wales has completed a, three weeks' triumphal tour of the Cape Province. Before crossing the border into the Free State he expressed hia gratitude for the warm-hearted welcome everywhere given to him. He entered the first Free State town, Jagersfontein, at the head of- a Boer commando, and was warmly welcomed. On Sunday he attended a service at the Dutch Reformed Church.
