TAUMARUNUI, 2oth May. Ihe Taumarunui Racing Club's ertra oneday meeting was held to-day in fine weather. There was a fair attendance. The course was heavy. The totalisator handled £6348 10s, compared with £12,707 at the December Meeting. Kesults:—

Time, lmin 21 2-ssec President's Handicap, of 200 soys; one mile and a quarter.—Passionate, 7.2, 1; Black Cruiser, 7.2, 2; Zircon, 7.11, 3. Also startedInfante, 7.10, Miss Veera 0.7. Won easily.
