"The Hobby returned at 11 o'clock tonight after an. investigation of tho north coast, as far as Biscayershook, but up to the time of leaving on her return at 8 o'clock she had found no sign of the airmen. The blizzard has ceased and the clouds have dispersed, so that tho visibility to the northward is excellent, with occasional sunshine. According to the meteorologists' latest report, the weather on the Polar basin is fine. Tho Hobby reports that the visibility is good over the Polar ice."
