MANILA, 24th May. The Philippines won the general championship in the Far Eastern Games. The Philippines won the track and field events, and the basketball, and were second in swimming, football, and tennis events. Japan won the tennis and swimming, and was second in the track and fi»ld events and third in the ■ basketball and football. China -won the football, and was second in the basketball and third in the track and field events, swimming, and tennis.
