LIABILITY OF GOVERNMENTS.
LONDON, 21st May. Clauses 21 and 22 of the Finance "Bill have been isused, and ordain that where a trade of any kind is carried on by or on behalf of any Government outside Britain or Northern Ireland, that Government shall be liable for all income tax. High Commissioners and AgentsGeneral, however, will continue to enjoy immunity from income and land .taxes. "
