WELL TRAINED.
A boy whose father had always been a great stickler £>r etiquette was sent to a distant boarding-school. Upon his dpparture, the father instructed the son to telegraph, home "yes" if ho found everything satisfactory. "-
■ He did so, but tho busy parent had forgotten the arrangement, and on receiving the promised me-ssage, telegraphed back : 'Vfs, what?"
The answer came: "Yes, father."
