The journal refers to the publication of Don Marquis's play, "The Dark Hours," based on the trial and crucifixion of Christ, and books already announced to appear later on are "The Man Nobody Knows," by Bruce Barton, and "A Small Town Man," by Mary Austin, both dealing with the life and teachings of Jesus. Dr. MoffattV "Everyman's Life of Jesus," is also recently published. Mary Austin's book is a revision, with added chapters, of her book "The Man Jesus," published, n few years ago. So many changes were made that the publishers felt that the book .^ould have a new title. Lytton Strachoy, author of "Qureri Victoria," is writing ;i. life of Christ, and J. Middlcton Murry, London, editor and critic, is engaged on a. work of a. similar character.
