With France, Belgium, and Esthonia, leading the way, officials here are optimistic that the sis other European debtor nations will soon find the way clear to begin negotiations regarding tho funding of their war obligations. President Coolidgc shares with Mr. Kello"«----and Mr. Mellon the hope that tho entire situation will ho clarified within a reasonable time, but there is no intention of unduly pressing the question.
