The Wellington Bugby Union's Management Committee decided last evening that tho selection of the Wellington represehtativo team to play the New Zealand team at.Athletic Park on the 3rd June should be made as soon as possible. An effort is to be made to give the team somo training prior to the inatcn.
Thb Hawkes Bay Eugby Union advised that it confirmed the arrangement for the representative match, Hawkes Bay v. Wellington, at Wellington, on • the 19th September. It was decided to forward a formal challenge for the E.tii-fui-ly Shield. ..
The Wan'ganui. Kugby' Union wrote confiiminK t'.ie 30th September as tfie date of the Waugamii-'Weilitigton match •at Wellington. The Otagb Rugby Union notified that it agreed to-the Otngo-Wellington match at Wellington on the 12th September.
