SAILORS' FRIEND SOCIETY

: A happy audience met the hostess (Madame Mueller) and her party at a delightful concert at the Sailors' Friend Society on Tuesday, when the whole of the items were very popular . and were re-demanded. The performers were Mesdames Alfred Fortune and Norris Hisses Corby, Amy Belhiem, Jean Rogers,, and Mueller, and Messrs. Baines, Uiapman, Johnson, Robertson. Mrs fortune was at the piano. "Again the Press" was the title of Mr. Moore's temperance address. Pledges again followed, lhe competitions had a happy tendency. Prizes were donated h'v Masterton residents.
