STRAND THEATRE.
Fergus Hume's - well-known novel, •Mystery of a Hansom Cab,",'has. been adapted to the screen, and is now showing at tho Strand Theatre. It marks a new era in cinema work for the Commonwealth. In the role of youn" Fitzgerald, Arthur Shirley is an- ideal hero. The other attraction is "The City that Never Sleeps," an adaptation from the novel, "Mother O'Day." The other pictures are good.
