EMPRESS THEATRE.
The official moving picture record of the tour of the 1924 All Blacks, depicting the famous New Zealanders meeting and defeating the world's'best in football, is now screening daily at the Empress Theatre. Mr. C. S. Badeley, a. member of the team, describes each incident. The film commences at the first match against Devon and includes full views of the more important games, notably those against Newport, Cardiff, Wales, London, and finally the historic match against the English fifteen. In support is screened the funeral ceremony of the Right Hon. W. F. Massey and the passing through tho streets of Wellington. The other star attraction is the comedy-drama, "Listen, Lester," founded on'the clever stawe play of the same name. A Mack Senriett comedy and a Topical Budget complete a fine programme. The Empress Orchestra, plays excellent incidental music.
