QUEEN'S THEATRE.
This week's attraction at the Queen's Theatre is a new production of James Cruze, "The Garden of Weeds," starring pretty and vivacious Betty Compson. The . story deals will! all the romance of tho "back-stage life" of the theatre. Miss Corapson is a chorus girl, an understudy to the leading lady iv a show backed by Philip Flagg, who makes his money by shady business deals, and spends it to gratify his appetite.^ Rockliffe Fellowes plays admirably the role of the villain Flaggy and Warwick Baxter has, the cast of Douglas Crawford. A strong supporting programme includes an interesting sParamount Weekly, an Australian scenic dealing with the timber industry of West Australia, and a brilliant comedy. "Fishy Talcs." The incidental music by ; the Queen's orchestra is a feature of the programme. -.-
