Hanlon J. 1., at Mount Cook Police Court this morning, were fined amounts of their bail—lo,-i in, each case. Joseph Johnston, who made his sixth appearance for drunkenness, was committed to Kotoroa Island for twelve months. ' Three first offenders for drunkenness were- each fined lOs. John Harper Page pleaded guilty to six charges' of false pretences iuvoiviiv' an amount of £21 4s.
