KING'S THEATRE.
Sandra," a powerful love story featuring Barbara La Marr, is being screened each evening at the King's Theatre, it presents a variety of beautiful interior settings and esterior backgrounds. More than fifteen sets were provided for. the action oE tho story, including an exotic boudoir and an impressive hall with a stairway leading to a mezzanine. There is also a beautiful dining-room provided with archways, a' modern bachelor's studio apartment, a Russian danco club revealing tho modern stylo of art in an extremely biMare manner, and a picturesque villa at Deauville. But most striking of all is the tremendous setting depicting a. ballroom in Paris, designed in velvet drapery, giant columns, and silver decorations. In conjunction with this fine production a spectacular prologue is staged by twelve pupils of Miss Kathleen (J linen. The performance includes R»s sian cabaret ballets, toe dances, Apache dances, and choruses. There is a good supporting programme which consists of a comedy entitled "Lonesome," and a, gazette. The King's Orchestra supplies appropriate music, including this overture "Spanish Serenade" (Triml). and j the entr'acte "Tiny Tot."
