Ihe Tveatlier lias been changeable, with cloudy, unsettled, aud showery conditions ruling, but soriie heavy rain fell last night in various puvts. Moderate to strong westerly to southerly winds have prevailed, and barometric pressure lias .increased considerably in the South since Saturday night.
