WALSH ISLAND DISPUTE
DEADLOCK OVER POWER SUPPLY

According to a statement by the general jhahager, the dispute with the cranemen has reached a deadlock, aild the uower is being supplied to the plant by members of the staff.
The Walsh Island dispute has arisen over the installation of compressed air and hydraulic power for working cranes in consequence of which the enginedrivers and firemen have expressed a grievance, in which they are supported by other workers.
