A Press Association cablegram rfrom Sydney states that Mr. T. Stirton, a committeeman of the Australian Jockey Club, is the purchaser' of Father's Voice. Mr. Stirton is a very prominent man in Woodstock circles in Australia, and is the owner of the Dunlop'Stud in New South Wales. x
Slapdash was purchased by H. Neagle, Mr. W. G. Stead's private trainer. Slapdash is the two-year-old chestnut filly by Humburr or King John, from Sundust, a stablemate of Father's Voice. Imitation was passed in at 500 guineas. " •
