PRINCE HENRY A MEMBER.

(REUTERS TELEGRAM.) LONDON, 17th March. \rhe King's Commission has now been gazetted. It consists of Prince Henry, the Archbishop of Canterbury, Viscount Cave, and Mr. Sfcan/ey Baldwin. Alii' two of the Commission are jointly empowered to act on behalf of His Majesty, except in case of the dissolution of Parliament, the" bestowal of honours, or other matters which in their discretion require the King's authority. The installation of Prince Henry as a Privy Councillor is ' also gazetted.
lhe appointment of Prince Henry, the King a third son, to the Commission was no doubt necessitated by the fact that the Prince of Wales is to leave in a short time for South Africa and Argentina, and tha Duke of York at present is in East Africa. 'Prince Henry will be 25 years old this month. The Archbishop.of Canterbury is the head of the Church of England and the" Primate ot All England. Viscount Cave is the Lord High Chancellor of England. -
