George M'Caul, ex-solicitor, was before the Court this morning charged that, having received £57 on 10th March, 1924, in terms requiring him to pay the same for stamp duty and registration fees of a certain transfer, he did fraudulently omit to pay such stamp duty, and other registration fees, ov any part thereof The police asked for a remand for a week, which was granted. Bail was allowed—accused in £500 and two sureties* of £250.
