HAWERA, 18th March. A crowded meeting of South Taranaki dairy farmers was .held here to-day. After hearing the chairman " (Mr. W grounds) explain the policy of the Dairy Produce Control Board in regard to absolute control," the meeting rejected a motion requesting the suspension of control until a plebiscite of producers had been taken, and carried, without a dissenting voice, a resolution approving of the action of the board The meeting lasted three hours. Those present were unanimously in favour of asking the Government to have the Dairy (/Control Act so amended at fhe coming session as to provide that the Dominion, for the dairy producers' election purposes, shall be divided into
