MAGISTRATE'S COURT
Mr. C.^E. Orr Walker, S.M., presided at the Magistrate's Court to-day. Four first offending inebriates were each fined 10s.
On the charge of failing to account for £11 lls. ; /to the. Wellington Eugby League, a traveller named Gabriel Mai\ tinez was admitted to probation for two years. The accused was ordered to make restitution and abstain from intoxicating liquor for the period of his probation.
