TIMAEU, 16th March. _ me Congregational Union committed ltselfat to-day's session to a scheme for training men for the ministry. It is intended to set a scheme in operation at Auckland at an early date. The immigration work of the union was reported on. It was stated that advice was received regularly from London as to the people arriving from overseas, and efforts were made to locate the Congregationahsts. The Credentials and Qualifications Committee appointed the Rev. Stanley Morrison, of Auckland, convenor. It was decided to launch a Congregational magazine, a financial guarantee being given by 35 of the delegates. The matter of Congregational organisation was referred to the Executive Committee afP°™ *° further evangelistic work in tho Dominion.
