(Received 17th March, 11 a.m.)! STOCKHOLM, 16th March. Some 130,000 workmen are involved in a lock-out in the Swedish engineering industry, which began to-day, affecting shipyards, the textile industry, pulp and mills, and sawmills. The lock-out is the sequel to disputes in several industries.
