LONDON, 16th March.
The Rome correspondent of "The Times" says that the Italian Press unanimously approves tho British Protocol decision. It is generally conceded th*t Britain at last has brought international politics into the region of fact. The hope is expressed that other nations will follow suit. Her example towards the Protocol is, in fact, regarded as showing that international problems cannofc be tackled by so-called . idealism concealing the interests of particular countries or even of parties.
