PEOPLE'S DAY IN HAWKES BAY.
(BI TELEORAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.) HASTINGS, 23rd October. There was perfect weather for People's Day at the Hawkes Bay A. and P. Show, and the attendance was" exceptionally large. Additional championships were awarded as follow:— Working Draughts.—A. A. Gunn (Fernhill). Saddle Pony.—Miss N. Russell (Twyford); Eric Campbell (Hastings), reserve.
