DOMINION WREATHS IN LONDON.

(STDNE* SUN CABLE.) LONDON, 21st October. Many Dominion wreaths, including those of tho Governments of Australia and New Zealand, were placed on the Nelson Monument at the Trafalgar Day celebration. Branches of the Navy League in those countries also sent -wreaths. Flowers from Wellington arrived in a block of ice.
