(UNITED PRES° ASSOCIATION.—COPIRIQHT.) \ (REUTEITS TELEGRAM.) BERLIN", 21st October. The Reichstag elections have been fixed for 7th December. (SIDNEY SUN CABLE.) (Received 23rd October, 10 a.m.) LONDON, 22nd October. The Junker Press is exceeding its customary violence of language, and talks of abolishing the Republic.
